Concierge/Front Desk Services
UFC Group’s Concierge Personnel will handle all aspects of front desk operations. The Front Desk Attendants will greet and welcome residents & guests with a courteous and friendly smile as they enter and leave the Spa/Fitness facility, checking in guests, booking services, and reservations. The Concierge Team is of paramount importance, as they also monitor and add vigilance to the facility.
